Shipping And Handling WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class. All International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Airmail. We aim to disptach your order within 24 hours. Our standard delivery charges are as follows: UK - £2.00; Europe - £4.00; Rest of the World - £6.00.
All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents. All delivery addresses are printed directly onto the packing slip as per the customer's input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. Royal Mail First Class is usually delivered in 2-3 business days, however we can take no responsibility for the delivery times.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.
INCORRECT GOODS. In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. We will not exchange or refund for any suspected used garments. It is your responsibility to notify us of any problems.
We shall accept no liability for non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated timescales, except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated timescale.
