Delivery
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class. All International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Airmail. Our standard delivery charges are as follows: UK - £2.00; Europe - £4.00; Rest of the World - £6.00.

All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. Royal Mail First Class is usually delivered in 2-3 business days, however we can take no responsibility for the delivery times.

Returns Policy

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE, PLEASE READ BEFORE SHOPPING! We are unable to offer any refund for CLEARANCE/SALE product; we have considerably reduced prices on many products on this web site to clear our present stock. You can return any clearance and sale item for EXCHANGE only.

For any clearance/sale item refund can only be offered if the product you received has a factory fault, however we only offer lingerie and underwear of high quality and finish, and we always carefully check all items prior to dispatch. If you have purchased any product which is no longer in stock, FULL refund will be offered and issued immediately.
You must notify us of any returns within 7 days of receiving your order. For any product sold on this web site at its full retail value, we offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or refund the cost of the goods, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, however we will never charge you any additional postage for sending you a replacement. For the reasons of hygiene we do not accept returns on briefs, thongs and swimwear.
