In spite of widely available information on how to measure your bra and cup size, more than 70% of women still wear incorrect size bras, which are very uncomfortable, sometimes even painful, and it can irritate your gentle breast skin. Correctly fitted bra is not only comfortable to wear, but also creates a good flattering silhouette under your clothes. It is highly recommended to occasionally re-measure you; as women we constantly either lose or pick up weight, especially during pregnancy and lactation periods.

It is strongly advisable to get measured by a qualified bra fitter, but if you’d like us to calculate your bra size for you, please take your measurements by following our advice below, and then email us your results (three numbers in inches, centimetres or both) and we will be happy to calculate your bra size for you. For best result it is very important that you wear a bra when taking your measurements.

(1) Your band size: pull a tape measure around your torso, just underneath your bust. Make sure that it lies flat at the back and in a horizontal line all the way round. Pull it tight to get an accurate reading;

(2) Your cup size: measure around your torso, across the fullest part of your breast and make sure that the tape measure is at the same level all the way round, taking care not to pull it tight;

(3) Check number: pull a tape tight around your torso just above your breast; make sure the tape is in horizontal line all the way around your body.
